Did Not Receive an Email

Users may receive emails from the system, staff, and instructors.  These emails sometimes may not reach the desired user.  If you did not receive an expected email, please utilize the following steps to troubleshoot the issue.

  1. Check your spam, junk, and/or clutter folder in your personal email.  Look for any emails that came from sevenstar.org, educatoronline.net, or mycourseportal.net.  Mark these emails as not junk to ensure future delivery of these messages.

  2. Whitelist sevenstar.org, educatoronline.net, and mycourseportal.net emails by adding them to your personal email address book.

  3. If you are not receiving any messages, talk with your IT administrator and send them the following information:
  1. sevenstar.org
  2. educatoronline.net
  3. mycourseportal.net
Additionally, as My Course Portal uses Zoho, these can additionally help deliverability:
  1. zohocrm.com domain and IP addresses : and
  2. zcsend.net
