(Academy)
Upon discovering that one or more of your online students are struggling in their online courses, here are some questions to consider:
- Are work expectations clear to the student?
- Is the student aware of their low performance?
- Does the student have enough time to complete the work?
- How often is the student in contact with their online instructor?
- What are other obstacles in the way of their success?
- Would the student benefit from tutoring services, emotional counseling, or meetings with the academic coach?
