When you feel you should have received an email sent from Maestro, please be sure to check your Junk Email Folder.
When you log into your email, click on the More arrow to see More folders which include your Junk Email Folder.
If you see an email there that you want to go to your inbox, first add it to your contacts, see steps below, and then Mark as not junk. This will automatically send it to your Inbox.
