Parent/Guardian - Progress Monitoring

Parents/Guardians: Please check with your school about available options as individual schools may require families to go through their registration office for information about enrollment changes and final grades. 

This quick start guide provides parents with the step by step directions needed to monitor student progress, review grades, view communications, and request enrollment changes.

How to View Student Progress, Contact Instructor, & Request Enrollment Change

Once students begin, progress charts are displayed on the dashboard for each course.
1. To view student progress, select My Dashboard from the side menu.
2. Overall student progress for each course is displayed with current grade and course completion percentage.
3. There are quick links to contact the Instructor and to Request an Enrollment Change*.
*Some enrollment change requests will incur a fee. Be sure to review the enrollment change policy for your school.

How to View Student Grades

Gradebook details provide details about submitted assignments and grades for each course.
1. To view grades, select your Student's Name from the side menu.
2. Select Grades under the student's name and then the assignments from all courses will be displayed.
3. To view a specific course, Select a Course title from the dropdown menu.

How to View Communications

All messages sent through Maestro will be found in the message center.
1. To view messages, select My Messages from the side menu.
2. Then, select Inbox.
3. All messages will appear in the window. Your messages can be viewed by clicking the envelope icon or the subject line of the message.
4. QUICK LINK - You can quickly access all communications from any page in the system using the envelope icon at the top right hand corner of the page.
