Start Date:

Once a course request has been made and all fees paid by the deadline [Thursdays 3:00 am ET], students will be enrolled in their course usually the Thursday before the course start date. When the student is enrolled they will receive an email from the system, letting them know they are enrolled and that they will be able to access the course on the following Monday. Course start dates are almost always on Monday. Students will be able to access their course at 12:01 a.m. Eastern on the courses start date.

End Date:

• Students will be able to submit assignments in their course until 11:59 p.m. Eastern on their end date. For example, if a student’s course is scheduled to end on 2/15/25, that student will be able to submit assignments until 11:59 p.m. Eastern on 2/15/25.


• Students will still be able to view the course content after their course end date, but only until their instructor issues a final grade. Once an instructor issues a final grade, the student will no longer be able to access their course.
  


• During the time between the course end date and the issuing of the final grade, students will be able to review course content, but will not be able to complete any additional work.
