Content support:

Many courses require students to link to outside resources to complete the course.  These outside resources can include links to YouTube, Ted Talks, etc. Depending on your country of origin or school internet filters, some content in courses may not be available.  Please review the demo course before ordering a course to ensure that the course can be completed as delivered and students will not have an issue accessing all course content.

Desktop browsers supported:

Mobile browsers supported:

Mobile browser support varies.  The student information system and the learning management system are mobile-compatible.  However, certain courses may contain certain elements that are not mobile-supported. These elements may include plugins or the requirement to install software.

If specific critical browser-related incompatibilities come to our attention, these will be placed in the announcements area of our student information system.

Chromebook support:

You'll be able to learn more about Chromebook support here.

Internet connection speed:

An Internet connection of at least 1.5Mbps or faster is highly recommended.

Required/Recommended software:

Recommended and required software for each course can be found in each course demo.  Each course has a materials section under course information, which lists the free plugins or utilities that may be helpful to complete the course, and a list of paid materials, such as textbooks or software. Please consult with the course material section or your instructor with specific questions on software requirements as needed.
