How do we whitelist Sevenstar emails?

Whitelisting Sevenstar emails can be done by adding our email addresses to your client’s whitelist or safe sender list. This will ensure that your spam filter does not block our emails.
The domains that we will frequently email from will be:
- sevenstar.org
- educatoronline.net
- mycourseportal.net
- zohocrm.com domain and IP addresses: 72.5.230.66 and 72.5.230.67
- zcsend.net
- cdn.jsdelivr.net
- cdn.tiny.cloud
- cdnjs.cloudflare.com
- malsup.github.io

Here are some general steps to whitelist an email address in some popular email clients:
- Gmail: Open an email from Sevenstar.org or EducatorOnline.net, click on the three dots in the top right corner, and select “Add [sender] to Contacts”. Alternatively, you can create a filter for Sevenstar emails and mark them as necessary.
- Outlook: Open an email from Sevenstar.org or EducatorOnline.net, right-click on the sender’s name, and select “Add to Outlook Contacts”. Alternatively, you can create a rule for Sevenstar emails and move them to a specific folder.
- Yahoo Mail: Open an email from Sevenstar.org or EducatorOnline.net, click on the three dots in the top right corner, and select “Add Sender to Contacts”. Alternatively, you can create a filter for Sevenstar emails and mark them as not spam.
For mail administrators:
To whitelist an email domain for an organization in Office 365 admin settings, you can follow these steps:
- Sign in to Office 365 with your admin account.
- Go to the Admin center.
- In the left pane, click on Exchange.
- In the Exchange admin center, click on protection.
- Click on the spam filter.
- Click on edit.
- In the Allowed lists section, click on + to add a new domain or email address.
- Enter the domain name you want to whitelist and click on OK.
To whitelist an email domain for an organization in Google Admin settings, you can follow these steps:
- Sign in to your Google Admin console.
- From the Admin console Home page, go to Apps > Google Workspace > Gmail > Hosts.
- Click Add at the bottom right corner of the page.
- In the dialog box that appears, enter the domain name you want to whitelist and click Add.
- Click Save at the bottom right corner of the page.
