The person who enrolled a student in a course may request a new end date at any time.
Maximum enrollment lengths:
0.5 credit courses: 6 months from the course access date
1.0 credit courses: 12 months from the course access date
Extensions are requested through the dashboard at MyCoursePortal.net. (Contact us if you need login help.)
From the Dashboard, locate the student and course. (Click here if you are unable to locate the student and course.)
All the way to the right, select the Change Request icon next to the enrollment you want to change.
Select Extend the End Date.
Choose the New Requested End Date.
Click Submit.
After you submit the change request, you will receive a confirmation email. After the request has been processed or denied, you will receive a follow-up email.
