Lessons Not Loading on Mac

1. Check Your Internet Connection

  • Make sure your internet connection is stable. Try loading a different website or refreshing the Buzz page to see if it's an issue with your connection.

2. Clear Browser Cache

  • Sometimes, a corrupted cache can cause issues with loading content. Try clearing your browser cache:

    • Safari: Go to Safari > Preferences > Privacy > Manage Website Data > Remove All.

    • Chrome: Go to Chrome > Settings > Privacy and security > Clear browsing data > Choose “Cached images and files” > Clear data.

3. Try a Different Browser

  • Sometimes, a specific browser may have issues with certain websites. If you're using Safari, try Chrome or Firefox (or vice versa) to see if the lesson loads there.

4. Disable Browser Extensions

  • Specific extensions, like ad-blockers, can interfere with page loading. Try disabling your extensions temporarily:

    • Safari: Safari > Preferences > Extensions.

    • Chrome: Chrome > More > More Tools > Extensions.

5. Check for Software Updates

  • Make sure your macOS and browser are up-to-date. Updates often fix bugs that could be affecting content loading.

6. Try Incognito Mode

  • Open an incognito or private browsing window and try accessing the lesson. This disables most extensions and might bypass any cache-related issues.

7. Disable VPN or Proxy

  • If you're using a VPN or proxy server, try disabling it, as it could be causing issues with accessing certain content.
