How to fix a 419 Page Expired error ?
(Academy)
You might have received a 419 Page Expired error code for a couple of reasons: either a user has been inactive for too long, and their session is expiring, or the server terminates the session for security or maintenance reasons. The easiest fix is to refresh the page and try again. If that does not work, we recommend clearing your browser cache and closing all browsers to start over and log in to the portal. If that doesn't help, there could be a downtime event happening on the server. It could be temporary, so try again in a couple of minutes. If it's still giving you the error, please report it via ticket so our technicians can look into it.
