Microsoft Error When Joining Bookings Call

Microsoft Error When Joining Bookings Call

If you get a "you do not have access to Bookings with me" error when attempting to use a Microsoft Bookings link from an instructor for a meeting or a DBA, this means you are logged in via a Personal Microsoft account or a school Microsoft account that doesn't have Bookings.

The error may look like this:

The solution is to go back to the Booking link from the instructor and open it in a new incognito/private window (so you don't accidentally automatically login with Microsoft) and choose the "Continue as guest" option. Should look similar to this:

This should let you set up the Booking as expected and be able to join that meeting via Teams when the time comes!
