To help ensure a smooth enrollment process for students and instructors, Sevenstar enrolls students on Mondays. This allows us to properly place students, confirm instructor availability, and ensure courses are fully ready when students begin.
If a school needs a non-Monday start date, that request should be included in the description field at the time the course is ordered, as that is the best way for our team to see and consider it during enrollment.
While Monday remains our standard start day, if we are able to enroll a student sooner based on staffing and timing, we will do our best to accommodate the request. However, we are not always able to guarantee midweek or “ASAP” starts, especially when requests are submitted after the course has already been ordered.
In most cases, students can expect to begin the following Monday, regardless of when the course is submitted.
